Home Capability

Highco Metal strictly adheres to high-standard production norms and sophisticated craftsmanship, specializing in the production of high-quality stainless steel balustrade and railing system products, which comply with European, American and Australian safety standards throughout the entire process. Each production link is strictly controlled to ensure the durability, precision and aesthetics of the products. The following is a brief description of the complete production process:

Investment Casting

Many core accessories of balustrade and railing systems are produced by investment casting. As the foundation of high-quality products, we adopt advanced investment casting technology and select high-purity stainless steel to ensure the inherent corrosion resistance and structural strength of the products; molds are precisely designed according to customer drawings and specifications, and initial blanks are made through strict casting processes to lay a solid foundation for subsequent processing.

Precision Machining

Casted blanks undergo CNC precision machining (lathes, milling machines, drilling machines). Professional technicians set precise parameters to strictly meet dimensional and tolerance requirements, ensuring that the size, shape and hole position of the accessories comply with design standards; burrs are removed to improve the precision and fit of the accessories, ensuring smooth subsequent assembly.

Welding

Laser Cutting

For products requiring welding, experienced welders adopt precision welding processes such as argon arc welding and spot welding to ensure the firmness and stability of the connection parts. Welding temperature and speed are strictly controlled to eliminate defects such as cracks, pores and incomplete fusion, ensuring that the welds are smooth and corrosion-resistant, and maintaining the structural integrity of the products.

Polishing

Multi-stage polishing processes (rough polishing, fine polishing/brushed polishing, mirror polishing) are adopted to simultaneously improve the aesthetics and corrosion resistance of the products. Rough polishing removes surface scratches and unevenness, fine polishing (also known as brushed polishing) improves surface smoothness, and mirror polishing creates a bright and reflective texture; after polishing, the accessories are free of burrs and stains, fully showing the inherent luster of stainless steel.

Other Surface Treatments

In addition to polishing, we provide a variety of surface treatment solutions to adapt to different project needs:

Powder Coating: High-quality eco-friendly powder is used, which forms a uniform, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating through electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing. It has bright color, strong adhesion and environmental protection, and is suitable for various harsh indoor and outdoor environments.

Electroplating: Professional chrome plating and nickel plating processes are adopted to form a dense protective layer on the product surface, creating a bright, smooth and corrosion-resistant high-end texture, suitable for high-end decoration and special environment needs.

From material selection to final surface treatment, Highco Metal has always adhered to strict quality control standards, committed to providing customers with high-standard and cost-effective balustrade and railing products, with excellent quality, perfect appearance and reliable performance.
